🧠 Project Overview

This project involved designing a high-converting landing page for a real estate marketing agency targeting brokers, agents, and firms in Dubai and the UAE. The goal was to generate qualified leads by showcasing services, client testimonials, and results in a structured, trust-building layout.

🎯 Objective

  • Drive inbound inquiries from real estate businesses.
    • Establish brand authority through social proof and performance metrics.
      • Create a modern, scroll-optimized UI that converts.

        💡 My Contribution

        • Conducted a deep dive into the real estate marketing space to understand what motivates trust and engagement.
          • Designed the full landing page UI from scratch with a clear information hierarchy: Hero, Benefits, Services, Results, Testimonials, FAQs, and Contact Form.
            • Created engaging content layouts and suggested appropriate icons and imagery for each section.
              • Wrote microcopy for CTAs and simplified the contact form to reduce friction.
                • Maintained consistency in fonts, spacing, and alignment to improve readability and scannability.

                  🔁 Iterative Collaboration

                  • Stayed in continuous touch with developers and the client via Google Meet and MS Teams.
                    • Took feedback actively and made rapid iterations across 4–5 rounds of revision.
                      • Adjusted spacing, iconography, CTA placement, and content tone based on real-time client input.
                        • Explored visual references and landing page benchmarks for similar industries to refine the layout.

                          • Designed with conversion-first UX—strategic CTAs, trust-building metrics, and testimonials.
                            • Improved user navigation with section-based breakdown and minimal distractions.
                              • Addressed actual pain points of the target audience: lack of results, unclear ROI, and generic marketing.
                                • The final layout was optimized for responsiveness and developer-friendly handoff.

                                  The Hero section is designed to immediately establish trust and value. A bold, benefit-focused headline grabs attention, while the supporting subtext clearly communicates the value proposition. A clean, conversion-optimized form encourages immediate action. The background image of Dubai’s skyline reinforces the local real estate focus, and featured brand logos add credibility through social proof.

                                  This section outlines the specialized services offered, from professional visuals to targeted ads and social media management. The clean layout and iconography make each service distinct, enabling users to easily identify offerings that fit their needs.                                   A strong social proof section showcasing real testimonials from real estate professionals in various Emirates. It validates the effectiveness of the marketing services through direct client feedback, highlighting measurable business growth, improved lead generation, and satisfaction.

                                  Final CTA & Footer

                                  Short Description: Concludes with a compelling call-to-action encouraging prospects to book a consultation, followed by a detailed footer. The footer reinforces brand credibility with contact info, useful links, and a brief statement aligning the company’s mission with the Dubai real estate market.
